The aim of this course is to introduce the subject areas of leadership and organizational development, to understand how to achieve economically and social sustainable organizations. In the course, students will actively participate and reflect on how sustainable workplaces and work processes can be led and designed, to meet people and organisations various challenges in today's technology-intensive society. Important parts are leadership, decision theory, change management, motivation, group dynamics and work environment.Learning outcomes (after completion of the course the student should be able to)

The course is based on lectures, seminars and workshops. Seminars and workshops are compulsory and are used to facilitate and deepen the understanding of the subject area.Literature
