- Basic knowledge of accounting, balance sheet, income statement, cash (capital and funding), financial analysis and business valuation
- Proficiency in performing external financial analysis
- Understanding company's financial performance, financial position and its financial impact of its activities and their potential
- Understanding of how the company's financial strategy affects firm value
- Skills in analysing and valuing a company based on aspects of the environment, sustainable development and social responsibility

- Financing and capital acquisition
- Financial statement analysis
- Profitability analysis ("duPont analysis")
- Analysis of risk versus financial structure ("leverage formula")
- Competitor and industry analysis
- Business Valuation
- Analysis of the company's impact on people and the environment
- Risks and opportunities in terms of environmental and social responsibility
- Sustainability reporting

Organisation

- Lectures and independent exercises in the economic analysis
- Project work in economic analysis
- Lectures and project work focusing on sustainable development

Literature
