Content

The course is structured around the components of the team and idea/project evaluation process with a special emphasis on sustainably framed entrepreneurial and innovative developments. Themes dealt with include the following:

- Framework for idea/project evaluation
- Framework for collaboration
- Relationship management and work dynamics
- Stakeholder awareness and analysis
- Competence requirements

Organisation

The course is laboratory-based, centered around self-regulated teamwork on one or more specified ideas/projects. Facilitated workshops provide structure, guidelines and framework which students then independently apply, assess, reflect and report upon. Evaluation assignments are iterative. Students are expected to utilize the workshops as opportunities to ask questions and anchor their understanding. The content of idea/projects to be evaluated are real-life early stage ideas from public or private entities, and thus it is expected that sensitivity to IP is upheld.
