Course specific prerequisites
At least 60 credits from the Marine engineering programme and at least 120 days of on board training with a technical profile.Aim
The aim of the course is to provide the student with a general understanding for the interaction group/individual/leader and the factors influencing this interaction.Learning outcomes (after completion of the course the student should be able to)

- Explain leadership theories in relationship to management
