WITec alpha300 R
The alpha300 R is a state of the art confocal Raman microscope from WITec with exceptional performance in speed, sensitivity, and resolution. The microscope allows for hyperspectral image generation with the information of a complete Raman spectrum at every image pixel.

- Laser lines: 488 nm and 532 nm (max intensity at sample 45 mW)
- Spectrometer spectral range: 420 to 830 nm
- Detector: cooled back-illuminated EMCCD with 1600 x 200 pixels
- Step size: XY: 100 nm, Z: 10 nm
- Objectives: 10X (NA 0.25, WD 22mm), 50X (NA 0.7, WD 1.1mm), 100X (NA 0.9, WD 0.31 mm)
- Heating/cooling stage, temperature range: -196 to 300 oC (600 oC with modifications)
