This course is intended for PhD students and scientists that are, or might become, users of APT instruments or need an in-depth understanding of APT to interpret and analyse APT data.
The course will cover theory, instrumentation, sample preparation, data acquisition and data analysis. The participants will also do hands on training covering the main steps from sample preparation to data analysis. The labs will be done on the recently launched and state of the art LEAP 6000 XR instrument and the associated data analysis software AP Suite from Cameca.
