- 1 Compulsory elective: 4 compulsory elective courses in year 1 and 2 must be selected. KBT121, KFK022, KOO093, MCC185 and TIF181 are recommended for year 2. (BBT055, FMI036, FMI040, KBT036, KBT121, KFK022, KFK150, KOO093, KPO041, MCC015, MCC115, MCC180, MCC185, TIF106, TIF181) 4 of stated courses are required for the degree
- 2 Recommendation: These courses are recommended for a profile in chemistry and biochemistry. To obtain enough credits in the Main field of study, TIF106 or another Engineering Physics classified course has to be studied. (BBT055, KBT026, KBT036, KBT121, KFK022, KFK150, KOO093, KPO041, KTK096, TIF106)
- 3 Recommendation: These courses are recommended for a profile in fabrication technology for nanosystems (FMI040, KBT121, MCC080, MCC115, MCC130, MCC190, TIF181, TIF300)
- 4 Recommendation: These courses are recommended for a profile in quantum engineering (FMI036, MCC015, MCC121, MCC155, MCC180, MCC185, TIF106, TIF420)
- 5 Recommendation: The course overlaps with basic analytical chemistry courses, KAM010, KBT241 or equivalent, and therefore cannot be included in the master degree if such course has been taken at the Bachelor level (BBT055)
- DIG: Digital examination is an examination written in the Inspera system. The student will bring their own computer and access the exam via Safe exam browser.
- S: Final grade. All module grades are reported before the final grade for the course can be reported.
- E: The only module in the course. Module grade and grade for the course are reported at the same time.
