Order archival copies of degree certificates

In the form below, you can order copies from Chalmers central archive of degree certificates which are older than previous year and issued by Chalmers tekniska högskola AB and its predecessors. Your request will be seen to promptly.

This form only applies to degrees that has already been issued. To apply for a degree, go to the page Apply for the award of your degree.

If you want excerpts from your reported study results you can print out an official transcript of records yourself from Ladok. If you no longer have an active login Chalmers Servicecenter can help you with a transcript of records.

To order copies of issued degree certificates – fill out the form below and click Submit.

Fields marked with * are mandatory. Other fields are optional but can help in the search for the certificate. In accordance with Swedish law you are entitled to be anonymous whilst requesting a public record (SFS 1949:105), however, to be able to receive the degree certificate it is important that you leave an address or an e-mail address.

If you need to attach documents, you need to send them separately to arkiv@chalmers.se. Please state the name you entered as 'Your name' in the form into the e-mail Subject.
