The department is joint between Chalmers and the University of Gothenburg. We have activities on two campuses.
Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) is a joint department between Chalmers and the University of Gothenburg. This means that our researchers, teachers, and PhD-students do research and teach at both universities. At the University of Gothenburg, we are part of the IT faculty, which is based at campus Lindholmen. The fact that the department belongs to two strong universities gives us unique opportunities for excellent education, research, and collaboration. Simply the best of two worlds!
