For sustainable development, we need to redesign the material basis of our society and economy. To do this we need a deep chemical understanding of the elemental and molecular basis of sustainability to design, build and recycle novel materials. The chemical imaging (CII) WISE-RTP provides access to several mass spectrometry imaging (MSI) techniques for molecular imaging and analysis.
At this event we inaugurate the new Bruker ScimaX high-resolution mass spectrometry MRMS MALDI instrument that can give unique insights into material properties. With this CII can help to provide a high level of understanding of molecular phenomena be that in liquids, steel, polymers, batteries, organic electronics, paper, wood, or biomaterials.
