Abstract:
How can we build intelligent systems that will make the world a better place, and not only for us, but for the next generations too? In this talk, Didem Gürdür Broo reveals counterintuitive mindset shifts needed to create sustainable and human-centered intelligent systems, by introducing a framework that she developed at Stanford University, sharing her co-creation experience with generative AI as an example, and highlighting ethical concerns around generative image generators.
