Walking, public transport or taxi
Gothenburg is a walking-friendly city, and walking is one of the easiest ways to get around. You can find the addresses to all venues below. Enter them in your phone's GPS to get directions.
You can also get around easily with a public transport ticket/card, which includes trams, buses, and boats. All tickets and travelling cards can be purchased at any of the public transport operator Västtrafik’s sales outlets (such as the convenience stores Pressbyrån and 7-Eleven) or in the app To Go. You can search for your journey to find the best routes in the travel planner on Västtrafik’s website or in the app To Go.
Another way of getting around is by taxi. Two of the largest taxi companies in Gothenburg are Taxi Göteborg (phone: +46 31-650 000) and Taxi Kurir (phone: +46 31-27 27 27).
