2-3 March 2023, WACQT graduate school is organizing a visit to Niels Bohr Institute, Copenhagen, to learn about Danish efforts within quantum technology. It is mandatory for WACQT PhD students, who also have priority.
There will be some extra slots available, but please note that unless you are a PhD student in the WACQT graduate school, your registration is only preliminary.
Deadline
Deadline for registration is 24th January. From 25th January, the extra slots will be assigned and confirmed.
For non-mandatory participation, WACQT is not giving any additional daily allowance (traktamente) in addition to the food. Breakfast, lunches and dinner is offered.

- Book your own travel tickets as usual.
- For the accommodation, we have a group reservation at Wake-Up Hotel in Borgergade in Copenhagen valid until 31st January. Use this link to register yourself for a room. Each room has one 160 cm bed. Please make a note below if you are sharing a room, so we can verify correct booking.
You may be asked to give a credit card number to secure the booking, but for PhD students the room will be invoiced to us. Others pay at the hotel for their room. Travel claims can be made after prior agreement with your project leader.
